A private 121 appointment with one of our mobility product specialists will ensure that this is the only person that will interact with you while you are at our showroom.

You’ll be able to browse our fantastic state of the art showroom in complete privacy with uninterrupted access to all or the fabulous mobility products we have on display. With the peace of mind that you won’t come into contact with anyone else.

A member of the team will be solely designated to look after you on arrival. We have a sanitising station at the front entrance to the showroom for you to utilise before entering the freshly cleaned showroom space.

Your dedicated Mobility Scotland team member will ensure that you get a full demonstration of their award winning products. They’ll run through all the features with you and welcome all your questions.

As a British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) Member we employ knowledgeable, trained and ethical staff, ensuring great care and attention all underwritten by the BHTA a government supported industry regulator.

If you would prefer that we come to you, then we also offer home visit appointments.

Our demo vehicle is equipped with products to enable one of our team to carry out a mobility assessment in the comfort of your own home.

For your safety, all staff will kit out in PPE before they enter your home in order to protect you as much as we can.

As best practice, all of our employees take a temperature check as they arrive on shift to ensure that do not have fever symptoms. We want to ensure that everyone is protected while on our premises or when making deliveries or visiting you in your home.
